The Equity Capital Markets team is offering you the opportunity to quickly develop on a business and personal level, along with being able to benefit from the knowledge and experience of our senior originators.

Your role

Then, you will be required to :

• Conduct in-depth financial market, industry and company analysis, and maintain the internal market intelligence,
• Extensive research of capital markets and financial data, comprising financial databases research and data processing as well as analysis in Excel,
• Support the team producing presentations to clients, and writing any commercial material which is to be presented or distributed to the client,
• Support the team executing equity capital market transactions such as IPOs, capital increases and equity-linked issues in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Your profile

• Graduate from a Business School/University, or with a Master degree in Business Administration, you ideally have a first experience in a financial environment.
• You speak English and German fluently.
• A very good command of Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point is necessary.
• Self-motivated, with a strong interest in financial markets, you are eager to learn.
• Moreover, you show curiosity, diligence, and ability to work under pressure.
