Tasks

Delivering a variety of Lean training courses (Lean Awareness, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Office, Lean Management, Lean Product Development and Change Management) to:

  • Project leaders for the Transformation of Airbus Helicopters
  • Operational managers and teams
  • The Lean network (lean leaders, deployers and, focal points)
  • Preparing the appropriate materials and rooms for the courses, according to standards
  • Being actively involved in the continuous improvement of the Lean Academy

This position will involve weekly business trips for Lean training sessions.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

  • University degree in project or lean management
  • Experience in lean implementation projects.
  • General understanding of Lean philosophy, principles and values.
  • Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills (including presentation skills, group facilitation, coaching and feedback)
  • Ability to manage a group in a training environment.
  • A negotiation level of English
  • A Negotiation level of French and/or German.
