For the global manufacturing department at our headquarter in Maulburg, we are looking for a

Global Lean Coordinator (m/f)

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Manufacturing and partnering with the country organizations, you will develop, drive and implement our lean transformation strategy across our manufacturing sites in Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, UK and USA.

Your tasks

 

  • Develop our lean transformation strategy, programs and initiatives
  • Lead lean projects and activities to successful implementation, cooperating closely with various points of contact in the country organizations
  • Lead and develop a small agile team of lean experts based in Maulburg and at the manufacturing sites
  • Be the global ambassador of lean transformation. Organize and facilitate global lean meetings
  • Reporting

 

 

Qualifications

  • Master of Industrial Engineering or Business Engineering, with several years of experience in manufacturing complex technical products and a first experience in leading people
  • Ideally a track record of successfully leading and implementing lean programs. A profound expertise in all relevant lean methodologies and a solid experience in leading complex projects are a must
  • Excellent ability in analyzing technical as well as economic issues
  • Fluency in English. Good language skills in French and German are an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, coupled with the ability to build excellent working relationships with business partners of different cultural backgrounds
  • Intercultural awareness, experience in working internationally and readiness to travel
