Our Automotive Seating Division is looking for a Junior Production Control & Logisctics (PC&L) Leader (m/f) for its Production Site at Stadthagen (Germany).

The Junior Program PC&L Leader provides PC&L focus on each new program assigned. He/She is a Core Team Member for the Program Logistics areas and responsible for keeping the PC&L requirements on target, on time, to budget.

Mission

He/she is responsible for Logistics in new Programs/Projects:

• Planning of all supply chain process steps according to PMS and Work Packages
• Support programs and IME activities on logistics aspects
• Coordination of all logistics activities between program organisation and plants
• Supporting the realisation of the planned process including In and Out flows optimisation
• Readiness of whole supply chain with SOP

Main missions and results:

• Define and create target MIFD of program
• Analyze and update Logistics Costing (logistics costs)
• Calculate and release Logistics Investments & Transport scheme
• Define and validate packaging
• Define Information flows and system
• Manage Gate Reviews action plan
• Transfer program and support plant up to 6 months after SOP
• SMPG Supply Chain concepts proposal for Acquisition

This VIE assignment will be for a period of 12 to 24 months. It will begin as soon as possible but the recruitment process can take up to 2 months due to administrative processes.

Profil

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Root Cause Analysis
• Problem resolution with diplomacy
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics or Engineering

• International mind set, overseas experience a plus

• Minimum bi-lingual (good English required and some German)
