Description
Mission
- To process in the EPO’s financial systems funds reservation, duty travels and payments, and to ensure that all supporting documents are sufficient and satisfactory
- To monitor and maintain records of the accumulative and annual budget execution with the aid of EPO automation tools
- To prepare the financial reports and invoices and to reconcile the financial reports against the EPO’s general ledger
- To check the field expense reports and to process settlement in SAP R/3
- To perform internal bookings
- To perform all kinds of financial handling
Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and mature person who should:
- have solid accounting knowledge and experience, and / or relevant experience in handling international financial settlement and / or project finance
- be fluent in English
- have IT skills and experience in using EXCEL, WORD, Lotus Notes; knowledge of using SAP R/3 financial modules will definitely be an advantage
- Completed secondary education or – in exceptional cases – equivalent professional experience.
- Working knowledge of official languages
