Our French client is one of the leader in technical sales of transmission and hydraulics components in the mobile market. Linked to its fast growth in Europe and for its German establishment, we have a vacancy for dynamic, self-motivated Application Engineer to support the Sales Engineers team.

Description

Mission

Reporting to the Sales Engineers you missions are:
  • Start-up and commissioning of customer machines,
  • Troubleshooting and assistance of field service technician,
  • Manage the technical relationship between the enterprise and customer from proposal through life of the machine,
  • Follow in relation with sales the contract review between the enterprise and customer,
  • Support primarily the applications and outside sales groups, as needed support inside sales and service repair department, by fielding technical and application questions for product specification,

You will have routine contact with all areas and levels of organization (Quality & Service, technical department of the group, Outside Sales team and Applications group) and regular external exposure to customers

Profile

  • FH/ TU Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik. Fluid Power or similar Hydraulics related undergraduate specialization or postgraduate coursework concentration is desirable,
  • Preferably 2-5 years of engineering work experience –ideally having exposure to high pressure Hydraulics in the specialty of hydrostatic transmissions for Mobile Equipment,
  • Fluent in German and English, French language is not mandatory
