Description

Mission

  • The system deployment projects managed in the Sales Operations Pricing organization are multi-stage activities involving investigation and analysis, scope, definition, resource analysis and estimation, timing estimation, cost estimation, scheduling, monitoring and implementation.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for driving a complex project, to lead cross-functional / virtual teams across borders.
  • Provide Day-to-day coordination of core business team. Ensure efficient linkages with IT delivery team.
  • Elaborate test framework, test case preparation, test coordination.
  • Provide the end-user documentation. Manage the migration from legacy regional assets.
  • Ensure business support set up.
  • Project Management and business expertise, including planning, project communication, risk-analysis, management of change.
  • Exercise independent judgment within defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving project objectives.

Profil

  • Master’s (graduate) degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate and lead a global cross functional team
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft suite
  • Blend of both process and business skills
  • Good understanding of data, data modeling, business intelligence and reporting concepts
