Key Account Manager (f/m) Cosmetics Industry, Austria / Southern Germany

Responsibilities

• Enforce relevant channels in Austria by increasing distribution in drugstores with selected customers assisted by branch office in Germany
• Responsible for the development of existing and new accounts such as supermarkets and perfumeries
• Monitor and report direct sales performance by customer
• Responsible for profitable growth within the selected accounts as well to explore further opportunities in these specific business channels via additional placements and promotions
• Responsible for marketing and public relation assisted by headquarters
• Based in Paris
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to Austria and Germany

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as Key Account Manager in the cosmetics industry
• Field sales experience with drugstore chains in Austria
• Contacts to buyers in drugstores, supermarkets and perfumeries
• Strong interpersonal negotiation skills
• Profit oriented and sales oriented
• Fluent in German and French
• The ability to develop business by translating latest trends and customer needs into opportunities that deliver growth
