Chief Financial Officer (m/f) based in Baden-Württemberg

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) should be a highly skilled finance professional with profound functional expertise in all areas of responsibility (Controlling, Accounting, Tax, Treasury) and knowledgeable to manage administration, purchasing and IT.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budget and consolidation and reporting to the parent company
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance and administrative functions of a production company and provide strategic recommendations
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams and improve collaboration
• Monthly reporting according to IFRS and German GAAP (HGB)
• Develop and implement manufacturing and management processes, tools and reports to improve company performance
• Good knowledge of management systems (SAP)
• Establish a strong relationship with senior executives to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions

Qualification

• Graduate degree in economics or business administration
• Solid professional experience as Finance Manager in international environment
• Experienced with manufacturing cost accounting and standard costing
• Team player with ability of solving operational and strategic challenges
• Analytical skills and target-oriented behavior
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Strong negotiation skills
