Praktikant Community Management, Saint-Denis (Dpt. 93)

Established in 2009, Hiving specializes in the creation and management of online consumer panels. The company is now active in more than 15 countries. Hiving is looking for a native or perfectly bilingual German-speaking student to take on the responsibility of Online Community Manager for our German, Austrian and Swiss panels. This is an internship position. The intern will have the opportunity to evolve within this young and multicultural team (10 nationalities arerepresented)!

Tasks

As part of the Hiving team, you will be responsible of the following tasks:

1. Online community management

Panelist relations:

• Respond to panelist demands and questions via email; resolve problems
• Track active surveys
• Reward panelists with points and incentives
• Update panel statistics and monitor panel activity

• Animate the Facebook page and other social networks
• Animate the blog
• Write and update articles and quick tests
• Adapt the website for a higher SEO ranking

2. Supervision of panelist recruitment

Continuously research new sources of online recruitment Negotiate partnerships with blogs/sites specialized in the world of market research and consumption Undertake specific actions to boost our sponsorship (site registration via referrals) Track direct marketing operations undertaken by our various partners

3. Project Management

• Manage a portfolio of international market research companies 
• Launch online surveys from sampling to field monitoring (in collaboration with the client) 
• Upon your arrival, you will be trained in Hiving's tools and methods. However, your own initiative will also be encouraged to improve workflow efficiency for both yourself and for the team. Under the responsibility of a Team Leader, you will work as part of a group as well as autonomously, ultimately being the guarantor of the work quality that you provide.

Profile

• Education: You are in the 3rd/4th year of your higher education
• Languages: Fluency in German is obligatory Your French or English should be of- at least- a conversational standard also
• Qualifications: Good writing skills Internet proficiency for social networking
