For our internationally operating client specialized in the field of high quality contact centre services we are looking for a

Call center agent (m/w) Automotive, London

As an advisor on a specific car service assistance tool you will be involved in a variety of inbound customer calls varying from arranging emergency services to helping drivers find their way to an important meeting or their holiday destination.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively answer all call types of customer call including emergency and non-emergency calls general enquiries and other patient dependant calls
  • Using the latest technology, you will assist drivers and their passengers through all call types; including routing throughout Europe, performing vehicle diagnostics remotely and even providing emergency assistance.
  • Analyse the information received from the caller, using accurate decision making and judgement skills to provide an efficient and effective service, whilst showing care, compassion and understanding. You must stay level-headed, professional and patient.
  • Using persuasive and negotiating skills you must keep an unstable or distressed caller on the line until emergency help arrives.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring all documentation is precise and accurate

Personal Specification:

Ideally you will...

  • Have at least 1 year customer service experience (face to face, e.g. in a shop etc. or the phone), ideally in a contact centre
  • Be educated to A Level standard or baccalaureate, have training courses completed or university entrance standard
  • Have a very high level of written and spoken German, as well as a good spoken knowledge of English, and preferably in French
  • Be able to work a fully flexible 24/7 pattern, including nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Be technology-oriented and/or technically skilled
  • Have a drive for excellent customer service
  • Have the ability to quickly develop a rapport with the customers over the phone, especially in emergency cases
  • Have the sensitivity and professionalism to effectively manage pressurised situations
  • Take part in the training period of one month
