In this challenging position, your main role is to acquire new business and to manage existing accounts within the sales region Europe. In view of the acquisition of new business, you are constantly building up your potential clients and other relevant market players. Furthermore, you follow the market development, product innovations and conduct systematical market analyses. You stay in close contact to the customer, which enables you to ensure an optimal customer support and sustain a long term and strategic partnership.



Together with the clients, assess existing needs and formulate tailor made solutions together with the operation division ;

  • Manage the offer process ;
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts ;
  • Ensure an optimal and comprehensive hand over of the placed orders ;
  • Prepare quotations and check their content in cooperation with the technical department ;
  • Suggest improvement solutions in terms of development and/or corrective actions ;
  • Establish the necessary trade agreements with the clients and measure clients' satisfaction in order to identify and launch corrective actions together with the Operational Managers.


Required skills


  • Higher education in engineering and/or Economics
  • Experience as Sales Manager in the aviation / MRO industry 
  • Demonstrable success in international cross cultural selling 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, French and other languages are an asset 
  • Knowledge of the aeronautical branch and its key companies
  • knowledge in aeronautical construction and maintenance will be appreciated
