PO Auto Exterior is European leader and number 2 worldwide for bumpers, as well as worldwide leader on the fenders and plastic body panels markets.

Tasks

Within our subsidiary in Ruesselsheim, you are in charge of:

Support the Engineering Project Manager and his assigned Design Leader during the development phases of a new project development in order to meet the customer quality requirements, the company manufacturing requirements as well as all costs and timing expectations.

This includes mainly :

• Part design definition, 
• Data exchange from supplier and customers, 
• Keops and TDM Digital mock-up and assembly, 
• Also manual mock-up of plastic parts, 
• Assembly of bumpers, 
• Part logistics organisation.

Profile

• You are a European young graduate in Mechanical Engineering with focus/interest in Product development and CAD design.
• You skills include basic plastic engineering and design, basic 3D CAD experience (CATIA, Unigraphics), and you have basic knowledge in structural calculation, and basic craftsmen skills. An experience in the automotive industry is certainly a plus.
• You are open and communicative, target-oriented, self-conscious and reliable. 
• You speak fluent English and good German.
• You have your driving licence
