The Role

As the Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for the online operations in the Central European region (DE, AT, NL, BE, LX, and FR) and you will be reporting directly to the online director. You will identify opportunities and execute the online strategy to develop the e-commerce business keeping and increasing the growth momentum that the company has been accustomed to over the last couple of years. Helping you in executing your master plans is a team of five, and growing, dedicated people who are reporting directly to you.

Tasks

• Leading the CE online team in kicking the competitors butt every day
• Research and implement e-commerce initiatives and campaigns
• Monitor activities and derive optimization measures
• Report on site KPIs and user trends
• Co-operating with the online teams to develop best practice 
• Managing growth in Conversion Rate, volume & profit with stern KPI's and a happy smile
• Working closely with the group's SEM Specialist, Analyst, Designers and SEO Specialist to ensure that all areas are running optimally
• Helping the Online Director re-invent the online business with new concepts and ideas 
• Ensure the website reflects the Company's brand guidelines and demonstrates our brand strategy 
• Represent online at CE Manager Meetings
