Key responsibilities
- Define and execute strategies and plans for the Customers in line with business requirements
- Ensure achievement of agreed Customers targets and KPIs
- Implement, follow up and update Customers Plans
- Ensure complete support in development of Category Channel and Field Sales Plans
- Ensure adherence to Company principles and policies
- Collaborate with peer Customer Managers to share Customer best practices, liaise with Marketing, Category Management, Field Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives
Education and experience
- Previous experience in a similar position in marketing or sales
- Ease to deliver KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
- Good understanding of all sales functions (i.e. Category Management, Customer, Field, etc.)
- Fluency in English, German (Hochdeutsch) and French
