Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategies and plans for the Customers in line with business requirements 
  • Ensure achievement of agreed Customers targets and KPIs 
  • Implement, follow up and update Customers Plans 
  • Ensure complete support in development of Category Channel and Field Sales Plans 
  • Ensure adherence to Company principles and policies 
  • Collaborate with peer Customer Managers to share Customer best practices, liaise with Marketing, Category Management, Field Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives

Education and experience

  • Previous experience in a similar position in marketing or sales 
  • Ease to deliver KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results 
  • Good understanding of all sales functions (i.e. Category Management, Customer, Field, etc.) 
  • Fluency in English, German (Hochdeutsch) and French
