Our client is a French startup in e-marketing specialised in the development of software for eCommerce. As winner of numerous innovation awards, the software is now being used by more than 1,500 online stores and online service holders throughout Europe, to control and opitimize their online marketing efforts.
Due to the big success on the European market over the past 5 years and the steady growth and as support for the German team, we are looking for

Interns in Sales and Account Management (m/f)

Profile

  • Ideally you have completed a business or technical degree or are in the final stages of your studies.
  • You are available for at least 6 months.
  • You like to work in an international team, combining a strong customer and service orientation.
  • You speak German at least at an intermediate level, excellent English and you have good to very good knowledge of French
  • You have first experience as intern in the sales area
  • You are dynamic and motivated and you have an affinity with new technologies and want to build on your previous experience in B2B sales.
  • You are open-minded, curious and convince by your assertiveness and your strong communication skills.
  • You have a readiness of mind and are resilient.
  • You also display high self-motivation, reliability and autonomy.
  • Mastering of popular Microsoft tools is required.

Tasks

You work closely with the international team in Frankfurt and Paris, thereby supporting the German sales and distribution offices in the acquisition as well as at the completion of contracts on telephone base. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Development and maintenance of customer relationships
  • Telephone services (customer support and sales approach)
  • Interface between the customer and the company (contact with customers, business partners, internal support and marketing department).

The target group is mainly limited to B2B customers in the online trade in the DA-CH region. With a Country Manager and other Sales Manager you'll develop a high competence in the area of contract negotiations, management of sales calls and general sales techniques and customer service. Participation in trade fairs and other events is also a component of the internship.
