Your tasks and responsibilities will include

This is a dynamic and very challenging role. As Inside Sales Specialist you will place outbound calls to potential customers seeking to purchase E-commerce hosting services.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers via telephone to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential customers to purchase new services
• Educates customers on product offerings and services to improve their "on-line presence" 
• Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up sell of additional services and obtains customer commitment for a next appointment

Your profile

• One or more years experience of Telesales 
• Strong customer service and telesales skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• High interest in E-Commerce
• The ability to work in a team
• A motivating and self-confident personality
• A strong affinity for sales
• An extremely high level of service orientation
• Fluency French and ideally fluency in English or German
