We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to further develop our business activity of local and export business in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, in the field of agricultural (animal feed) market. The position could be based in France, at Dinard, ILLE ET VILLAINE (35) or in Germany, at Sankt Augustin. Home office could be also a possibility in one of these three countries. Regular travels (50% of time) to be taken into consideration.

As a professional in B to B sales, you will be in charge of:

  • developing and expanding the business in your region for our products
  • Managing the profit margins, ensuring your region is profitable
  • Developing and monitoring existing and new client portfolio
  • Drafting and handling contracts negotiations
  • Ensuring the client satisfaction by managing a correct processing of customer orders
  • Reporting frequently on your commercial activity to the management

A training course of several weeks will be provided at the company's headquarters in France, to ensure you quickly become operational on the raw materials market.

As a graduate or higher in International Business/International Sales, you have a first successful sales experience or 2-5 years' experience in sales of Agri/Agro products and/or familiar with trading commodities. You will have a perfect command of the language, and you are familiar with cultural and business practices of those countries.

You are an excellent negotiator, you are result oriented and you have strong communication skills. You also have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and love to take up big challenges. Your reactiveness, rigor and excellent listening capabilities will give you what it takes to meet your customers' needs.
