Collateral Management & 3rd Parties Assistant (f/m) - VIE, Germany

MISSION

Collateral Management

Scope: Team ensures sufficient collateral is in place to allow for trading of stocks and bonds at the exchanges and also with OTC counterparties. 
Impact: Without collateral management trading will come to a halt.

• Disposition of cash and securities collateral
• Daily cash margin processing for multiple central counterparties (i.e. EUREX, LCH)
• External and internal reconciliations of collateral; Internal bookings of collateral 
• Reconciliations 
• Monitoring of collateral for corporate actions, expirations followed by switching of securities
• Close collaboration with the branch in Luxembourg and Paris
• Respond to inquiries by internal and external clients competently and quickly

3rd Parties

Scope: Team controls foreign exchange and money market deals executed by clients and the treasury department. Handling of foreign exchange trades of our clients performed with 3rd party banks.
Impact: Without continuous monitoring and reconciling losses will be incurred.

• Interface to monitor and control cash transactions from listed Derivatives - Monitoring of pledge accounts and processing releases
• Monitoring and reconciling OTC Derivatives and payments resulting from these transactions
• Logging of 3rd party FX / MM , netting service
• Confirmation matching of proprietary FX and MM trades
• Netting service
• Static data for listed and OTC Derivatives as well as MM
• Perform daily FX- Reconciliation
• Project - Support for implementing new system for FX trading
